For all reports:

Our reports cannot include tweets from private accounts or public Twitter accounts that don't show up in Twitter Search (for example, Twitter stops indexing accounts it thinks are spam in search results). Or, your search query simply may not have returned many results; if only a few people tweeted about your search term in the past few days, then that's all we'll find. Also, check that you spelled everything correctly.

If your username has an underscore in it, Twitter might not be interpreting your search query correctly. For searches of Twitter handles with underscores, use this query: @username_abc OR from:username_abc.

And of course it's possible that Twitter or is experiencing downtime or other errors. Don't hesitate to ask us if you think something else might be wrong.

For free reports:

Our quick free reports will include up to 50 tweets from the past week. So your free report will only include the most recent 50 tweets about your query. Anything older or before that will not be included.

For full reports:

Due to Twitter API limits, we can only pull back approximately 1500 tweets or tweets from the last week, whichever comes first. So you won't see more than 1,500 tweets or tweets that are more than 7-8 days old*. Since these are limitations from Twitter, these numbers could change at any time, but we don't have any control over them.

*If you need more than 1500 tweets or tweets more than one week old, we have historical analytics available.  This is a far more comprehensive analytics offering than our time-limited snapshot reports, and a great option if you want in-depth analysis of older tweets.  Request a quote here.
