The basic quick report only returns up to 50 tweets. This is perfect if you want a fast snapshot of a topic's reach on Twitter. Some search queries return fewer than 50 tweets because there hasn't been much activity in the past week. We can only search the most recent 4-5 days of Twitter history, so if there haven't been many tweets about a term in the past week, then your report will contain fewer than 50 tweets.

However, if you run a quick report and there are more than 50 tweets available, you'll see how many total tweets there are in a blue bar at the top of your report. If you want to see all tweets about a term, you can buy a full report for only $20. Just click the Get the Full Report button near the top of your report's results to buy the full report, which will return as many tweets as Twitter lets us find (1500 tweets or up to 4-5 days worth, whichever comes first).
