Our system will automatically email your full report once it's been generated. The report will be sent to the email address you have on file with the PayPal account you used. If that's not your normal email address, be sure to check that mailbox. The email will come from TweetReach Admin at support@unionmetrics.com.
If you don't see our email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you don't see it there either, then email us and we'll forward you another copy. In that email, include your search query and date/time you ordered the report. We'll get your report to you right away.
If it's only been an hour since your ordered your report, we recommend that wait a little longer. Depending on TweetReach traffic and the size of your report, it can take some time to generate reports. Usually they are emailed within an hour or two, but sometimes it can take longer. Please contact us if you have any questions about where your report is.
