TweetReach Help/Running a snapshot report

Can I analyze tweets from last month or last year?

At this time, no. Twitter search limits search results to tweets from the past week, so snapshot reports will only include tweets from that time period. In some cases, we can access tweets that are up to one month old; please contact us if you want to access more tweets from the past month. (Please note that this may vary depending on Twitter's performance at any point - check here for our current tweet availability.)

If you want to track tweets for longer than a few days, check out the TweetReach Tracker. It can track new tweets for weeks, even months, and is not restricted by Twitter's time and tweet number search limitations. But the Tracker works in real time, so it still can't go back and find old tweets.
