You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Just click on the Account link at the top right when you're logged into your TweetReach account. You'll be able to change your plan level under the Plan section. If you upgrade in the middle of your plan's month, you'll be billed a pro-rated amount to cover the rest of your month at the new level. 

You can also cancel anytime from your Account page. Just click the Cancel button at the very bottom of that page. Please note that you'll lose access to all your Tracker data and remaining reports if you cancel. We cannot accept cancellation requests via phone or email.
